Wild Pawns: The studio that turns board games into cinematic experiences

In the increasingly creative landscape of the board game world, a new reality emerges capable of combining passion, technology and visual storytelling: Wild Pawns, a studio founded by three friends who decided to transform their love of board games and their skills in the audiovisual sector into an ambitious project.

The idea behind Wild Pawns is simple and innovative: bringing a game to life even before the box is opened, creating video content capable of conveying its atmosphere, story and emotions.

Their first project was a one-minute cinematic tech demo inspired by Grimcoven from Awaken Realms.
A tribute to one of the most anticipated and appreciated titles in the board game scene, created with the aim of showcasing the style, technical quality, and narrative approach that characterize the team's work.

Wild Pawns creates teasers and trailers dedicated to board games, combining live action footage, direction, attention to atmosphere, visual storytelling, design, and a careful post-production phase.
Each piece of content is developed to enhance the game's identity and create an immediate connection with the audience.

The studio is able to work with any type of game: from eurogames to ameritrash, from family games to party games, up to wargames and more narrative titles.
Furthermore, the contents can be created in both horizontal and vertical formats, adapting to the needs of crowdfunding campaigns, retail product launches, promotional materials for physical prototypes or digital assets.

In an industry where image and the ability to tell an experience are increasingly important, Wild Pawns proposes itself as a creative partner for publishers and authors who wish to present their game through a modern and engaging cinematic language.

Because, sometimes, the first game begins even before placing the first piece on the table.
